All of our products are handmade to order. If your product is already made up it will be send out within 3-5 buisness days, if your product needs to be created from scratch our turnaround time is up to a maximum of 2 weeks. If your item is needed sooner for a present etc please just drop us a message and we'll do our best to squeeze you in.

Returns and refunds are welcome after 7 days if you are not happy with your product. Postage must be paid by the buyer, however if there is a fault with your product we are more than happy to send you out a replacement product or a full refund.

As we are a small buisness, we have a handful of reviewers already selected for the start of the year. However if you would like to express your interest in reviewing our products or promoting our buisness we would love to hear from you.
