SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are packaged securely and beautifully, we pride ourselves on using as much recyclable packaging as possible on our products.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class postage unless stated otherwise. We always retain our proof of postage receipts.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and refunds are welcome after 7 days if you are not happy with your product. Postage must be paid by the buyer, however if there is a fault with your product we are more than happy to send you out a replacement product or a full refund.
